Emergency number outside of the opening hours for Belgian nationals in distress: +86 138 100 491 54. Please be aware of the time difference between China and Belgium (6 to 7 hours of difference). This number is for extreme emergencies only, such as deceased Belgians, arrest, theft of travel documents, ... The person answering the emergency number will not answer administrative questions (visa, passport renewal, ...).

Online appointment via e-Appointment
Via the link below you can easily make an online appointment for all our consular services. For the time being this service is only available for our Embassy in Beijing.
It is not possible to make an appointment for a visa application. These applications must be submitted in one of the Visa Application Centers.
Attention: Appointments must be made at least one day in advance. If you are not sure which category you should select, choose 'varia (no visa)'. Please enter your national registry number in the 'comments' section when making the apointment on line.
The embassy is only accessible by appointment, and this at during limited opening hours.

Visa section: opening hours for the public
