Information about the legalisation of export licences for dual-use goods and technologies.

Although the issuing of licences for the export of dual-use goods and technologies is a competence of the Regions, the legalisation of the private signature on the licence is done at the Belgian Embassy in Beijing.

In practical terms, the importing company should provide the digital version of the duly completed licence for legalisation as well as a power of attorney (official document guaranteeing that the person signing the licence is authorised by the company to do so).
